Answer —If any reagents generated by the GEC result in data that is included in a manuscript for publication, a talk, or other research presentation, kindly add some version of the following statement to your Acknowledgements:
“We thank the Genome Engineering Core Facility (GEC) of the Institute for Genomics and Systems Biology (IGSB) at the University of Chicago for providing the recombineered reagents [please specify] used in this study.”
