Objectives:
»»  Describe the principles of comparative genomic hybridization
    arrays and combined copy-number/single nucleotide
    polymorphism (SNP) arrays.
»»  Understand applications of CGH arrays in clinical testing for
    constitutional disorders and discovery of new cytogenetic
    syndromes and candidate genes for monogenic disorders.
»»  Discuss advantages and challenges related to applications
    of arrays in clinical testing for hematologic (and other)
    malignancies.
